This beautiful figure-hugging gown is crafted from rich gold Garbo satin and is overlaid with ivory and gold embroidered tulle. The gown is delicately hand beaded along both the neck line and the front curved edge with glass crystal beads. The neck line is also cut high in a halter-neck style and features an indivually sourced antique crystal brooch with hand painted feather trim that flatters the shoulder line.
This dress was created for Ciara who wanted a modern dress with a vintage feel and Roswitha worked closely with her to realise her ideal wedding dress.
The back of the dress features an elegant fish-tail of both fabrics. The front of the overlaid tulle is slashed high to reveal the bias cut gold satin beneath.
To complement the bride's colour scheme the attendants chose forties-style tea-dresses in deep chocolate brown Garbo satin which were also designed and made to measure for them by Roswitha.
