Going short is a real option for the modern bride.   This classic fifties style coat was designed for a mid-winter wedding and is worn over a slim fitting shift dress.    Both the coat and dress are made from antique Duchess ivory silk-satin.   The coat features a wide ecru faux-fur collar and three-quarter length sleeves while the the neck-line of dress has been cut wide to accentuate the neck and bust.

The vintage feel was completed using authentic  antique jewelry, beaded clutch-bag and metalic sling backs.
